Delivery policy

BERRY offers both tracked and untracked shipping options.

· Tracked shipping: includes a tracking number. In case of a lost item, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

· Untracked shipping: if selected, BERRY is not liable for lost or delayed packages once dispatched. The risk transfers to the customer upon shipment.

We recommend choosing tracked shipping for peace of mind.
