Change of Heart? It Happens.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached.
• Please ensure they are securely packaged to protect their condition during transit.
To start a return, simply email us at berrycollectionteam@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Two Easy Return Options

You can return your item by:
• Shipping it to us via your preferred courier (address will be provided).
• Booking a home pickup for a flat fee of €5, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding standard delivery charges) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If you opt for pickup, a €5 fee will apply.

• Arrange a full refund or replacement, as you prefer

• Free delivery on all orders over €50
• Orders under €50 incur a €5 delivery charge
